Scope
CEC designed 35 feet high steel soldier pile retaining wall / shoring to support the proposed excavation area subjected to surcharge due to retaining wall on higher side.
Features
Approximately 350 ft long soldier pile retaining wall with concrete retaining walls on higher and lower side for approximately 70 ft long excavation for pipeline on the lower side of wall. Vertical Steel I section soldier piles equally spaced to support the excavation area using lumber lagging. Horizontal steel I section walers used to support soldier piles with 2 layers of Tieback tension-anchor to the soldier piles.
